What is a token?

1 token covers roughly 1 second of premium AI video. Standard motion (Ken Burns) is cheaper per second; Full AI Video with native lip-sync costs more. The wizard always shows the exact token cost before you spend.

What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?

You can top up at any time from Settings → Billing. Top-up tokens stack on top of your monthly allowance and never expire. Or upgrade your plan — unused tokens carry over to the new tier.

Do unused tokens roll over?

On paid monthly plans, unused tokens reset at the end of each billing cycle. Annual plans give you the full year of tokens up front, drawn down at your own pace.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No retention calls, no dark patterns.

Is the Free tier really free forever?

Yes. The Free tier is a lifetime 30-token evaluation budget — no credit card required, no trial expiry. Once you spend the 30 tokens, you either upgrade or stop generating; we never auto-charge.

How is Annual billing discounted?

Annual saves 20% versus paying month-to-month. You can switch between Monthly and Annual any time — pro-rated automatically.

What does "Ad Autopilot included" mean on Pro and Agency?

Ad Autopilot deploys your generated ads directly to Meta, TikTok, and Google via API with unified analytics. On Creator it is a $59/mo add-on; on Pro and Agency it is bundled into the plan price.

Where is my data stored?

All accounts use Supabase Postgres with Row-Level Security; OAuth tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest; generated videos live in Cloudflare R2. EU customers can request EU-region storage.

All plans include RLS-protected data, AES-256-GCM encryption at rest, and cancel-anytime billing. Upgrade, downgrade, or change billing period any time in Settings → Billing.
